OPERATIONS MANAGER:This position is ideal for candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoy working with people and networking, as building relationships is a major part of this position. Successful candidates will also possess a strong ability to delegate work and multi-task various client requirements simultaneously while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting (Minimum) Extensive QuickBooks Knowledge (Minimum 5 years) Certified Pro Advisor a definite PLUS! Proven Track Record in meeting and exceeding Client's expectations Ability to multi task and delegate Experience in managing staff of 5-10 People
QUICKBOOKS TRAINER AND CONSULTANT: Part Time to Full Time. This position entails training clients on the QuickBooks software and providing clean-up and analysis of their QuickBooks file. Training is provided face-to-face or web-based. Must be computer savvy and willing to travel within the State of Michigan, mostly in the Metro-Detroit area.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Field (Minimum) Extensive QuickBooks Knowledge (Minimum 5 years) Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor Ability to Analyze Financial Data and Clean Up Leadership Abilities Proven Track Record in Customer Service Excellence BOOKKEEPER: Full time bookkeepers with extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word along with excellence in customer service.
Successfully handle multiple bookkeeping accounts with different requirements per client.
Must be able to multi-task and delegate work.
Need to possess great customer service and time-management skills.
Tasks include: entering and paying bills, invoicing and collections, payroll, quarterly reports, financial statements through QuickBooks.
ASSISTANT BOOKKEEPER: This is a full time position Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are looking for someone who has great social skills, is detail oriented, has excellent spelling and grammar skills, understands customer service, and is great with Word, Excel and Outlook. Accounting history a plus.

INTERNSHIP:Paid summer internship where you will gain invaluable experience you won't get in the classroom. This is a great opportunity for accounting or finance students looking to get an idea of what opportunities are available once they graduate.
